1: Relationships

What's Really Going On: Nothing impacts your outcomes more than the people around you. And difficult relationships can sabotage the life you want. Husbands, Boyfriends, Parents, Bosses, Co-Workers, Relatives and Friends have a disproportionate amount of influence over how we think, feel and experience our lives.

And these relationships may be the reason you have no time, feel exhausted and can’t get things done.

Maybe your partner is unsupportive, or you're trying to focus at work while going through a divorce. Maybe your family members and friends are all up in your business. Maybe you don’t have a village, or your village takes without giving back. Or maybe—and this is a big one—you're so busy over-functioning for everyone else that you have zero energy left for your own stuff.

Why This Matters: When you're stressed out by someone, dealing with other people's business, worrying about them, trying to manage their emotions or their lives, or they are in your business all the time, you're leaking energy everywhere. You need that energy for your own goals.

2: Focus

What's Really Going On: You might be trying to force your brain to work in ways it just... doesn't. Maybe you're neurodivergent and don't know it. Maybe you're neurotypical but following some productivity guru's system that's completely wrong for you. Your environment might be set up all wrong, or you might have mental and physical distractions you haven't even identified yet.

Why This Matters: If you don't know how YOUR specific brain focuses best, you'll always feel like you're fighting yourself. And that's exhausting.

What You'll Get: We figure out exactly how your brain works best—what environments help you focus, what preparation methods actually inspire you instead of making you want to hide, and what distractions are secretly sabotaging you. Once you know this stuff, everything gets easier.

3: Time

What's Really Going On: Your routine is full of time drains you probably don't even see. You're spending hours on things that feel urgent but don't actually move you forward. You feel behind and rushed. But the important foundational stuff that would propel you forward keeps getting pushed to "tomorrow."

Why This Matters: You can't create more time, but you can stop hemorrhaging the time you have on stuff that doesn't matter.

What You'll Get: We'll find all those hidden time drains in your routine and eliminate them. You'll deploy your time to the foundational things that actually need to get done. Most clients are shocked at how much time they reclaim—hours every week that can go toward the stuff that matters.

4: Strategy

What's Really Going On: You're following generic advice that doesn't account for YOUR life, YOUR personality, YOUR brain, or YOUR values. You need a customized strategy, not some one-size-fits-all template from the internet.

Why This Matters: A strategy that doesn't fit your actual life is a strategy that's going to fail. Period.

What You'll Get: We'll build out a completely customized roadmap for your specific goals—one that actually fits how you work, what you value, and the reality of your life situation. This isn't a quick brainstorm; we'll spend multiple sessions exploring different scenarios, planning for obstacles, and creating something that feels totally doable for YOU.

5: Execution

What's Really Going On: The second you start executing on your big goal, all your old stuff comes up. The fear, the self-doubt, that voice that says "who do you think you are?"—all of it. This is where most people quit because they think these feelings mean they're on the wrong path.

Why This Matters: Execution is where the rubber meets the road, but it's never smooth sailing. If you're not prepared for what comes up, you'll quit just like you have before.

What You'll Get: Within 2-4 weeks, you'll be actively working on your big goal. But here's the difference—every week, we'll work through whatever comes up. The emotions, the obstacles, the thoughts that used to stop you. I'll give you scripts, strategies, and real-time support. Instead of quitting when it gets hard, you'll learn to move through the hard parts to get to the other side.

6: Energy

What's Really Going On: Your body and nervous system are exhausted. Maybe you're dealing with health stuff, chronic fatigue, pain, or just that bone-deep tiredness that makes everything feel impossible. You probably already know what you "should" be doing for your health, but you can't seem to actually do it consistently.

Why This Matters: This glorious body of yours is the conduit through which all your goals come to life. If your body can't sit and write, can't focus, is in pain or exhausted, then nothing else matters.

What You'll Get: We'll create the energy you need to flourish and get your stuff done. Not through some extreme protocol, but through sustainable practices that actually work with your life. When your body feels good, everything else becomes so much more possible.

7: Mindset & Feelings Coaching

What's Really Going On: There's a whole chain reaction of emotions that's been stopping you—frustration, disappointment, anxiety, tedium, shame. These emotions pile up and send you straight into procrastination, overthinking, and busywork instead of the real work.

Why This Matters: If you can't process these emotions in real time, they'll keep derailing you every single time they show up. And they WILL show up.

What You'll Get: You'll learn to process these emotions as they arise, moving through them instead of getting stuck in them. We'll work through them together in real time, transforming anxiety into motivation, shame into self-compassion, fear into feeling safe and energized about your goal. Instead of quitting, you'll keep moving forward.

8: Sustainable Momentum

What's Really Going On: You've been treating yourself terribly. You grind and hustle, generating fake excitement to cover up the fact that you're pretty sure you're going to fail. You work in fits and starts—hot and heavy, then complete burnout. You promise yourself rewards but never actually give them to yourself, like that narcissistic parent who keeps moving the goalposts and never gives the kid the promised lollipop.

Why This Matters: This feast-or-famine approach isn't sustainable. It creates disappointment and shame, which makes it even harder to get back to your goal next time.

What You'll Get: You'll create a way of working that actually feels good RIGHT NOW, not just "someday when I achieve this." We'll build in the things that bring you joy and dopamine alongside your work, not as some distant reward you'll probably never give yourself. You'll develop emotional safety with your goals. And you'll finally stop that panic that sets in the second you complete something—that feeling that it's still not enough and you need to immediately jump to the next thing.
